115 pound Push press, 10 reps
10 KB Swings, 1.5 pood
10 Box jumps, 24 inch box

    Since front squats are coming up again i wanted to find a better way to deal with my wrist issues. Found this on the crossfit forums, great way to use straps while still maintaining some sort of form. Thoughts?

    Adam – I have a lot of wrist and flexibility issues in regards to front squats. Scroll through Kelly Starrett’s Mobility Blog – he has some great MWODs that really help. Some require a band, but most don’t.
