CrossFit ATL 4358 Wills does push ups while Kurt does the "Funky Chicken"

Workout of the Day


Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

The CrossFit Running Certification Seminar
that we are hosting next week with Dr. Nicolas Romanov, formerly
limited to CrossFit trainers, is now open to everyone.  People

    congrats to the team from CrossFit Atlanta: Leah P, Jeff, Jonathan, and Whitney for kicking major butt on the B2B team challenge. Honorable mention went to Vas and Matt Queen for doing the 4 person event as a 2 person event meaning while the rest of us got rest they did not. . .and they rocked it. My team was hung over, so congrats to us for finding a way to drag our butts outta bed.
