Workout of the Day
Complete as many rounds in 15 minutes as you can of:
50 pound dumbbell Push jerk, 5 reps
7 Box jumps, 30 inch box
The main area of the gym will be closed this weekend while we are
hosting the CrossFit Endurance seminar. It's not too late to
sign up for the seminar if you show up by 8:30 AM.
Open gym in the
weightlifting area during normal weekend hours, which are 9-12 Sat. and 10-12 Sun. Please enter through the front door if you are not attending the seminar.
Due to the fact that the majority or our trainers are traveling to California for the Crossfit Games this week, we will have reduced hours from Tuesday July 13 through Monday July 19th. We will have four classes each weekday: 6am, 7am, 5pm, and 6pm. Sorry for the inconvenience but we promise to make you proud!
