Workout of the Day

Strength:
In 20 minutes make two attempts at a 10 rep push press max weight

Conditioning:
70 Burpees
60 Sit-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods
40 Pull-ups
30 Handstand push-ups

Lots of support for CF ATL at the Games.  Currently in 10th place at the end of Day 1
