Before Class or In Warm-up:
Max length hang on pull-up bar with active shoulder & hollow body

Strength:
In 10 mins, work up to a heavy split jerk

Conditioning:
3min AMRAP:
500m row
Max reps shoulder to overhead (95/65)

Rest 1 minute

2min amrap:
300m row
Max reps shoulder to overhead (95/65)

Rest 1 minute

1min amrap:
100m row
Max reps shoulder to overhead (95/65)

Rest 5 minutes

EMOM for 5 minutes:
10 Toes To Bar
3 Burpee Pull-ups
