10 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
10 GHD Sit-ups
10 Back extensions

    Birthday Chipper WOD in case you missed it. Each birthday celebrant picked a favorite exercise and we did the number of reps for their age. Peter Bassi named it “The Hang Over”:

    I had a good time at the gym today. The Birthday/Hangover wod was a lot of fun. Then I followed that up with Jason’s Clean & Jerk workout…another fun workout. It feels good to not be training for anything and just having fun with workouts.

    Friday night was a blast, but I was “incapacitated” this morning. Woke up at 10, immediately realized that I was in no condition for living, much less lifting, and slept until 3. If that’s not a healthy lifestyle I don’t know what is.
