Workout of the Day

Northeast Regional Event 1

Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
135 pound Overhead squat
Chest to bar pull-ups

Today and tomorrow we are installing new flooring, so the workouts will be outdoors.  Paleo
potluck is today at NOON! Bring your favorite paleo dish
to share. After that, a group will be watching the US v England at Fado.
