In Warm-up:
Forward Roll/diving forward roll
(note, after completing the movement please stand with hands on hips with great pride)


5×3 push press with 2 min rest between reps


20min AMRAP of:

Row 200m

5 ttb

5 thrusters 55lb dumbbells

Row 200m

6 ttb

6 thrusters

-add 1 rep to ttb and thruster each round
