Workout of the Day

Strength:
5×5 push press
Work up to your weight then do 5 sets at this weight with about 2 min rest between sets

Conditioning:
5 rounds
2 rope climbs
20 yard bear crawl (10 yard course, there and back).
20 yards of broad jumps (10 yard course, there and back)
10 135#/95# barbell step ups on 20” box (5 each leg, weight is cleaned from floor and put on back)
