did 3 rounds w/40kg, regular rope climb (i.e. not legless)

1st rope climb in a workout. I discovered my other mental block is letting one arm go of the rope to touch the steel bar so I ended up quickly tapping with my finger.

Did all 5 rounds with 52.5kg (115#) but used feet on the rope climbs. 46:59. I wanted to cry through the entire thing. Thanks to Ken’s words of encouragement on the whiteboard that were exactly at eye level when I was doing my cleans i made it through…thanks, Ken.

Went to my first autoshow today – the atlanta autoshow at the Georgia World Congress Center – and I must say I’m a little disappointed. For the most part they had everyday cars you see in commercials.

No problem. Glad they were in plain view and super critical to your performance….that workout was tough for sure!

HSPU, first 5 were Rx, then used a pink/purple band.
Rx Ring dip and Push ups
that was pretty difficult and my arms are already burning.

There is going to be one at Georgia Tech. I hear its not bad and think I will go check that one out. A plus is that it is free to the public.

Vas, thanks for making me do ring dips. The bar dips have been my comfort zone for a while now and I needed the kick in the pants.
