Pose Trainer (Jedi Master), who will conduct a 3 hour clinic on the Pose Method of
Running & Injury Prevention.  Learn to run faster, injury free, with lest effort.  Running inefficiently is the norm and that makes running the world's most dangerous sport, with almost 80% of runners seeking medical help for running injuries each year.  Cost is $100 to members, $125 to members of other CrossFit

    Sick extension, Master P! We might as well print this picture and put it on the weight room wall. You can just point at it when I ask why I can’t clean more weight!!

    New gym set up! Can’t wait to see it! I’ve been traveling for 2.5 wks straight and I’m having serious lifting/crossfit withdrawals 🙁 Be back Wednesday (I think).
