    Brendon did Helen in 6:31.45 this morning. As far as we know this breaks the previous WR by about 20 seconds.

    Brendon – incredible job, that’s ridiculous. Congrats….
    Can’t wait to see the video. I am just trying to imagine how slow I would have looked next to you. Onlookers probably would have been asking if it was my first day at crossfit….I imagine comments like, “That pasty white guy needs to work on his running”. Dan – I assume you are sending it to HQ…

    today’s challenge was a lot of fun. The workout was:
    AMRAP 10 minutes of:
    8 power snatches (115lbs)
    3 muscle ups
    I got 7 rounds + 8 snatches and 1 muscle up. Ken’s muscle up technique helped out a lot. I didn’t miss one muscle up.
