Workout of the Day

Except for folks who don't check the blog, or who are coming today for their 1st visit, we are all going over to BTB CrossFit for the Affiliate Challenge & cancer fundraiser workout from 10 AM to 12 PM.  That workout will be:

For Time:

300 meter sandbag carry
50 back extension
40 push press
30 goblet squats
20 pull ups
10 burpees

The crossfit.com workout is:

Four rounds, each for time of:

800 meter run

Rest as needed between efforts.

    That workout kicked my ass. All I can do is sit on the couch, eat and hydrate. Glad I made it through as rx’d, as I really would have considered quitting on those goblet squats without everyone screaming for me. Thanks. Maybe I’ll do the 800’s tomorrow if it’s a strength day.

    Great job to everyone that made it over to BTB this morning.
    My time on the chipper WOD was 7:56. Ken your time was 6:55.
    It was A LOT harder than it looked.
