Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
35 pound dumbbell Thruster, 9 reps
15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent

We will be closed Nov. 20, 21, 25, 27, and 28 with special hours on Nov. 26 with possibility of a flag football game!
