    Today’s as Rx’d: 20:50.
    Round breakdown: ~2 mins, ~6 mins, ~12 mins. I may have gone out too hard. Met my goal of beating 1.5x my Angie time though.

    AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
    5 135# C&J
    10 CTB PUs
    5 rounds + 3 C&Js.
    The pull-ups really sucked the life out of me.

    1. Oakland Cemetary “Run Like Hell” 5K — 27:17. Cool setting: the race starts and ends in the cemetary and lots of people wear halloween costumes. The first half mile is narrow, so not a course to PR on. We had a downpour about 10 minutes before the start ensuring that most racers were going hypothermic as the gun went off.
    2. Today’s WOD — 38:49. This one was mentally tough: the reps go up instead of down and the pull-ups are near the end of the quartet. Then you get done with the first two rounds and realize you are only at the half-way point.
