Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
2 x 10 ring rows with feet at ring height (Rx) or lower (scaled); no kipping
2 x 10 ring push ups with feet at ring height (Rx) or lower (scaled); body hollow

Strength:
In 15 minutes, work up to a heavy deadlift double using a symmetrical grip.

Conditioning:
8min AMRAP:
9 KB swings (1.5/1 pd)
7 Burpees
5 TTB

9 goblet squats (1.5/1 pd)
