    I am not sure how much of the neighborhood may have an issue, but there was a water main break last night at the corner of Peachtree and Biscayne. I am trying to find if/how much of the area might be under a boil water advisory.
    See you in the gym in a bit for a WOD and a shower. I have no water.

    Yak, Vic-Tah, and I are working on plans for CrossFit Field Day. It will be lots of fun, so plan on being there. We wanted to throw out the date of October 10th to make sure we have a majority of the gym in town, so let us know if you are available to participate or not. Dan, also please let us know if this date works for you.

    Also meant to comment that my HSPUs have gotten significantly better recently. Not really sure why. Could be that I weighed in at 186 when I got home. Or maybe I finally figured out the proper form for them.

    Laura – Oct 10: so far no plans for me.
    Vas – Looks like a good game. So athletics is running in the
    family.
    Question about this WOD: Is it better to do more kipping L pull-ups vs. less strict L pull-ups or vice versa?
    I could ask the same for strict vs kipping HSPU

    21:31 as Rx’d today. I think my L-sit pullups were solid the whole way through. Marie said they looked good, although most were singles. I was very happy with this time as I am my HSPU and pull strength is getting much better. Vas nice job. your pullups are impressive
