DM Touch RugbyDan still has it!  Drawing the defender and making a perfectly timed pass to high school classmate David Branch in Old Boys touch rugby match to open and dedicate the Atlanta Old White Rugby Football Club's fantastic new field.

Workouts at 10 & 11 AM at West Palisades, Chattahoochee National Recreation Area, at US 41 and the Chattahoochee River (Map).   Park Map (pdf).

Warm-up in field:
Samson Stretch 1 min each leg, then
3 Rounds
15 Sit-ups
15 Push-ups
20 Squats 

Workout:
Jog to base of hill to left of bridge across Rottenwood Creek:
3 sets of:
Sprint to top of hill, walk back down
