We are closed this weekend for a CrossFit L1 Trainer Course

Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
3 freestanding teeter-totters
3 handstands with a buddy
3 handstands kicking up against the wall (don't crash into the wall)

Strength:
5×5 bent over rows and 5×10 ring push ups done in a superset.

Conditioning:
10x100m sprint with 1 minute rest in between each sprint
