2010 GA Sectional Chipper*

60 KB swings (1.5/1 pd)
50 box jumps (24”/20”)
40 wall balls (20/12 lb)
30 pullups
20 GHD situps
10 snatches (power or squat, no press out) (115/65 lb)
100 ft OH Walking Lunge (45/25 lb dumbbell in one hand)

*Scale to individual ability.  Weights are pretty doable for most.
