12 Noon,
4:30, 5:30, 6:30, & 7:30 PM (No 7:30 PM on Fri)

Sat: 9, 10, 11 AM, & 12 Noon.
Sun: 10 & 11 AM, & 6 PM

Specialty Classes in Olympic Weightlifting, General Barbell Training
(combining O-lifting & Powerlifting), Yoga, Gymnastics.

Personal Training: By Appointment

Pose Method of Running Instruction: By Appointment.
