    Steve, I think progress is relative. At least, that is what I tell myself 🙂
    Today, worked on handstands and bench press. I am 3 kg close to my BW BP. I need to focus on form as the weight gets heavier.

    Did the same workout as Ken and Rob did yest.
    Rx: 4:00
    Transitions killed me, because i made the beginners mistake of having very large distances (almost the whole gym) in between my exercises. Probably could have taken 20-30 seconds off by not having to run in between things. My own fault. It is also my own fault that I DESTROYED my back even worse than it was before. Probably should have skipped this one, damn my competitiveness.

    Stop hurting yourself. Rapid deadlifting is a horrible way to fix your back.

    Today’s WOD was strak and shake triple steak bacon and chees burger, cheese fries, and a big ol turtle milk shake.
    Followed by pint size (single serving) brownie sunday.
    I tried to stay close to the caveman thing we got going on at our gym, but I just couldn’t find a cave.
