8 x 200m runs.  Rest 3-4 minutes between efforts.

    5×5 Hang power cleans to work on form, which is getting much better: ended at 60kg
    Also got a new single round pull-up PR at 27.

    my brain/mental blocks got in the way for today. Hope next time will be better.

    Pr’d today at 45k, which I was happy with since I have previously only cleaned 43k, let alone hang power cleans…proving once again that hung-over workouts are the best.
