Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
Ankle Mobility from yesterday 
Pole Squat, hold position for 2 minutes 

Strength:
In 20 minutes find your 1 rep max front squat. 

Conditioning:
From Summer Crush Games in Miami, FL
5-4-3-2-1 Muscle up
2-4-6-8-10 205#/135# Front Squat (no rack, clean on 1st rep, and if you drop it during set, clean it again)
