CrossFit ATL 3996 Lauren R.

Workout of the Day

Weighted pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

Post loads and body weight to comments.

Want to scare the hell out of your parents?  Have them read what Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, Obama's chief health care advisor, and brother of Rahm Emanuel, Obama's Chief of Staff, has had to say about medical care for the elderly.  Dr. Zeke has long advocated a redefinition of medical ethics so that the doctor's ethical obligation is not to his patients but to society, so that we can stop wasting money on treatment of the elderly.  Who will decide what's best for society? Who will decide whose life has enough value to qualify for treatment? Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

Lauren, you look bad-ass in this pic.
No river today, as Dan says it’s high and muddy, it’s already raining and more rain is on the way.
In other news, I spent the better part of yesterday drafting an important agreement, and somehow it’s gone. By somehow, I mean operator error. Working on that all day today, but I guess I’m glad the river outing isn’t happening. Fun times.

Lauren, cool, it looks like you can rip the bar apart with your bare hands.
    today: weighted pull up
    CTB kipping
    6.5 lbs, 8.75, 12.75, 17.75, 21.5 (1st try at these, vest is easier)
    strict regular pull ups
    24 lbs, 26, 30(f), 28 (about a 4lb PR from January)
yesterday: Overhead squat 3 reps max.
stopped at 40kg (prev. PR was 45kg) but when I power cleaned the bar to put the weight back up on the rack and blacked out for a second, I thought I should stop.
I have been using logsitall to keep track of workouts. They have an option to output your data to Excel.. I was wondering if there was another option to adding older data to beyondthewhiteboard (besides having to manually do it)
