Workout of the Day

"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds
of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are
push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8
intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

    “Tabata Something Else” — 308. Should have paced myself better on pull-ups, lower score on push-ups than last time this came up, but it is a PR, so I’ll take it.

    Yay for birthday’s tomorrow! Derek is insisting I come in for a birthday workout, however, I think it might just be a rest day for me!

    Oh, yes, do a birthday WOD. It was so much fun when we did one a few weeks ago. You, Momo, and Bethanie should each pick a couple of your fav exercises and make a joint WOD.

    It must be a big PR day, because I went from 251 on this to 275. Happy with that. It’s been a weekend of fun and a weekend of PR’s. I must say that Heidi’s squats were truly impressive.

    Lovett or Midtown. Lovett is nicer and safer, but I wouldn’t worry so much about safety if you were with me.

    I haven’t been to the midtown track, but I would vote for that only because its closer to me.

    I think we’ll do Lovett, just because it’s easier to get into…you kind of have to break into the one in Midtown…I should arrive tonight around 7, we can warm up and then head over there…

    310 for this WOD, on and as it turns out, I had a terrible stomach virus that kept me in the bathroom all day, and in bed for the next 48 hours. Derek, you’re lucky I didn’t actually projectile vomit on you, as promised. It was ugly. Ugh.
