    as Rx’d 14:42. Did it at Crossfit Rx today…Need to work on burpee speed second two rounds…lost some time there…

    oh damn, i missed burpees…crap
    yesterday’s WOD was 11:13 with the smallest band. i too am not a fan of ring dips.

    we went to the park today and modified the WOD. We used the kiddy playground equipment for pull ups instead of the row, and my hands are still a mess from Fran so I did jumping pull ups.
    3 rounds:
    40 jumping pull ups
    21 burpees
    400m run
    I think it was around 22 min.

    Steve did this WOD today in 19 and change and left feeling disappointed about his runs. Little does he know that 6 people tried to beat him and all 6 were unsuccessful.
