2009-07-11 at 20-47-34 The 5th and final workout of Day 1 was 3 rounds for time of 30 wall ball shots at 20# and 30 hang squat snatch at 65#.

25 Back extensions

    last rep was a little ugly but completed.
    100pushups, 26 40kg back squats
    Plan was to get 100 BS, but the push ups took 10 min.
    In the warm up, I got 8 double unders in a row.
    Good job at the games to everyone who went.
