    Did Lynne on Friday: 104 using 75% of body weight.
    To be in accord with the “gaping” and “grievous” hand wounds comments from that day – I must say that my hands are really pissed at me!
    A special shout out goes to Jonathan who urged me to squeeze out that last pull up which ultimately created a canyon in my right palm. My hand and I thank you.

    10 rounds + 2 WB
    it helped 2 others were also doing this WOD (Dan & Derek), otherwise I would have slowed down when I felt like I was on the verge of puke.

    Did the 3x [30 Wallballs, 30 Hang Power Snatch] workout from the games. As Rx’d: 17:48.

    Rode my friend Jere’s horse Madie this morning, which was hard work because she decided she was terrified of a chair.
    Then I did the tabata running workout with Marie and Vas at the track. It was quick and fun. Lots of running lately, I guess I’m preparing for Crossfit Atlanta’s tri team!!!

    Oh, and yesterday, I was entirely too hung over to do anything other than sit on the couch and watch old episodes of Burn Notice. It was perfect.

    Tabata runs on the track. Not sure how to measure it.
