The ING went pretty damn well, I’d say.
Brandon finished in approx 1:53, Andy was about 1:58, and I was about 2:05. Not bad for zero training on my part and doing that HSPU/Front Squat workout yesterday!

The half was great, even though my legs and knees are killin me right now. All I have to say is CROSSFIT WORKS. I prepared for this run by maxing out my snatch, clean & jerk, and front squat on Friday. Just kidding, but not really-I have been running MORE, but ‘more’ is a relative term. I haven’t been on any kind of specific training for this-i didnt even know I was gonna do it until Wednesday. Big props to Whitney, Andy, Adam, Ryan, and all the other people I met this weekend! Nice work!

Hey everybody. I put my two weeks in at work today and I’ll be moving back to Virginia late next week. I’ll get to the mushy stuff later but right now I’m in logistics mode.
I’ve got stuff to move and a back that isn’t playing nice, so I need some help. Does anybody think they’ll be available Thursday or Friday evening of next week? I should have mostly everything packed. I just need help getting it to/on the truck, which from my apartment is an easy 50ft walk across flat cement (no stairs or anything annoying like that).
I’m also selling most of my furniture. This includes an entire solid oak bedroom set (dresser, armoire, mirror, headboard with queen frame, nightstand), entire couch set (couch, sofa, 2-person chair, ottoman), and a granite/wood bar. I’ll be putting them up on craigslist w/pics but I figured I’d give you guys a heads up. They’re in pretty good condition and I’m pricing them to move. I won’t need them where I’m going. . In the meantime if anybody’s interested, email me at [email protected] and I’ll reply with price/pics.
