Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

    I was going to try to get my name on the board with at least one rep of 50kg. I got 45kg, and got that 50kg halfway up, so close, if my form was more precise. Next time.
    Good job to Mike, Vance and Vas (who gets his name on the board).
    w/40kg 3/11,3/15,3/12,2/10,3/9 = 71

    Lynne as Rx (that’s with 5 minutes rest in between rounds, none of that resting after each exercise)

    I blame Dan for tomorrow’s workout, “Karen.” I just told him today that I hate wall balls worse than any other exercise. He must have some connection at HQ, and decided it was a weakness of mine that needs to be eradicated. I look forward to contemplating how much more my hamstrings can take and I look forward to the pain.
