Workout of the Day

"Fight Gone Bad!"

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a
minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a
five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before
repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station
immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on
the rower where each calorie is one point.

    haha I hit my shins on the box jump, in the first round because I was so excited to possibly PR
    but thankfully its just a surface scrape and bruises. I will try to make it up with better focus

    202 as Rx, new PR for me. Prev PR was 190-something and I did a 181 the last time this came up in November. Thanks for the encouragement and strategies, Vas — that made all the difference.

    I wish I could be out there playing kickball with yall today, but there is so much pain in the lower half of my body that the thought of kicking anything is making me cringe. Ran the ING Georgia Marathon this morning. I still feel like I am going to die and have been struggling to walk since the finish line. 26.2 miles in 4 hours 20 minutes. Not my best time, but will try again.

    Yes, in Tech Square and then onto Techwood going by the stadium and then over by the Wachovia on the west side.
