    Skipped the running, since I raced yesterday.
    “Kelly” (5 rounds of 400m run, 30 box jumps, 30 wall balls) — 43:11. About 5 minutes slower than my PR, just wasn’t feeling it today.

    Sick this weekend = bad asthma today at the track
    4x400m – couldn’t break a minute
