His arms are bent to early. Also his chest isn’t high enough. *no judgement from me. my stuff looks worse than this!

who’s looking at form ? look at those muscles !

He’s on his toes when he should be on his heels… ?

  • Ryan Tyler

how do we know he’s not on the way down?

Three. No triple extension. But then again, this could be a deadlift WOD. Just kidding. It’s hard to maintain form in the later rounds of a WOD at high intensity, and I’m guilty of it big time, but it’s the time when you need it the most.

I think Ryan is right. Seeing a single frame makes it impossible to know what is actually happening. We’d need to see a video.

    Thanks Danya 🙂
Oly-Lifts are still a major weakness for me. Dan told about my form after I finished the wod but I didn’t know it was that bad!! I’ll be spending a lot of time with Travis and Jake after regionals to fix this!!!

I’m working oly-lift technique Sunday and will be shooting video.

I’m with Danya. I got distracted by the muscles 🙂

Perfect reverse curl form. I see nothing wrong here.
