"Filthy Fifty"

For time:

50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

    Yesterday morning I told Dan and Amber that if Filthy Fifty didn’t come up this cycle, that I was going to do it Friday (tomorrow). More evidence that Dan is the Crossfit Consigliere (sp?). He makes things happen. 38 mins as rx’d, which is a 6 minute PR. It’s the month of 6 minute PRs for me, because I PR’d on Helen by the same number of minutes.
    Good luck to everyone at the qualifiers. Will be thinking about you guys and texting you for updates. I’ll be in Nashville trying to avoid dropping the eff bomb in Belle Meade. Tired = sweet, so I should be good after today’s workout.

    Why is it that all my favorite workouts are coming up now that I’m resting? Filthy fifty, Angie, inverted burpees… it’s going to take me weeks to make them all up.

    It’s a good thing I have concert tickets/can’t walk from yesterday, because I am pretty sure I take twice as long as Margaret to do anything. The gym would need to close before I could finish…if I didn’t passout first I guess. Maybe I will make it up tomorrow scaled to the “timid twenty” ha ha…

    as Rx 43:39
    1st one rx because I actually did the DUs (Thanks Ian for the tip of not going singles w/doubles or I would have taken forever with the rest of it). The last 3 (WB, Burpees and DUs) took the longest as I was at 22 minutes when I started the first set of WBs.
    PR of (though last time I did 5 singles to 1 DU)

    I forgot to type my PR but approx 14 minutes (compared to when I did 5 singles to a DU)
