Workout of the Day

Strength/Skill:
total 3 minutes in a handstand.  Use a partner to spot you away from the wall, least amount of balance assistance possible. 

Conditioning:

Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups
