Sore all over from my epic failure to do Linda with good form. Rest day for me.

Less than 12 hours after Linda, I did today’s WOD, and pr’d by 2 rounds. 10 rounds plus 5 pullups. Happy with that, and happy that I stuck with 70 kilos on the deadlifts last night. It was tough, and towards the end, it felt like every rep was my one rep max. But then I would feel Jason or Chandler watching me, and think “again, faster.”

We are all going to be very sore tomorrow. I am taking twice the amount of fish oil as a result. Don’t think about it as failing, think about is as identifying an area that needs work: o-lifting form. I am an expert at repeating mantras of this kind. You are a great athlete, you will get it soon. And, didn’t I see you doing several strict muscle ups afterwards?? Doesn’t sound like a reason to be discouraged to me…

I’m kinda pissed I’m gonna miss this one….unless anybody knows of a good spot in the airport to do this while I’m waiting for my flight.
