Workout of the Day

Pull-up Ladder

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute,
two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute…
continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

    Sore all over from my epic failure to do Linda with good form. Rest day for me.

    Less than 12 hours after Linda, I did today’s WOD, and pr’d by 2 rounds. 10 rounds plus 5 pullups. Happy with that, and happy that I stuck with 70 kilos on the deadlifts last night. It was tough, and towards the end, it felt like every rep was my one rep max. But then I would feel Jason or Chandler watching me, and think “again, faster.”

    We are all going to be very sore tomorrow. I am taking twice the amount of fish oil as a result. Don’t think about it as failing, think about is as identifying an area that needs work: o-lifting form. I am an expert at repeating mantras of this kind. You are a great athlete, you will get it soon. And, didn’t I see you doing several strict muscle ups afterwards?? Doesn’t sound like a reason to be discouraged to me…

    I’m kinda pissed I’m gonna miss this one….unless anybody knows of a good spot in the airport to do this while I’m waiting for my flight.
