Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
Total 1 minute in support on p-bars or rings 

Strength:
In 10 minutes, work up to a heavy snatch.  Then snatch that weight every 30 seconds for 4 minutes.

Conditioning:
4 rounds for time:
400m run
50 air squats
7 muscle ups
