    A couple public service announcements.
    First, make sure and sign up for Beyond the Whiteboard. There is a link on the left, “Online Workout Log,” with instructions on how to do so. It is very cool. Has a Facebook feel to it.
    Second, we found a lost puppy in the parking lot this morning. It had a collar on but no tags. He was very friendly, clean, and obviously an inside dog.
    Leo took him home and is going to let Fulton County animal control or whatever know that we found him.
    So if someone comes looking for him give me call (someone there will have my number) or send me an email at [email protected].

    I just got my first muscle RX , no bands, jumping, etc. I ended up doing 2-3 more singles. I am still in shock since I have had this goal for over one year.

    Oh yea, I was so excited for Kulsoom I forgot to actually write down what I planned.

    Men’s Rx
    8 rounds
    Matched my last Nate with girls Rx. Pretty damn happy about it. This was much more of a cardio workout and I loved that. I don’t think I will be able to do Nate again with the girls weight.

    Pretty happy considering I had never done more than 65lb…ever

    Nothing creepy about it. Dan is just so wise beyond his years, that he sees the future.
    You guys should have seen Kulsoom after her muscle up. Try as she might, she just couldn’t hold back from smiling.
