Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
Max set of push-ups
Rest 2 minutes
Max set of pull-ups 

Strength: 
EMOM 10 mins:
2 deadlifts. This is for speed off ground so don't go over 75% 1RM.

Conditioning: 
15 minute AMRAP
7 Deadlifts (225/150) 
7 Toes To Bar
7 Clapping Push-ups
