Workout of the Day

In Warm-up:
Frog Headstand to Headstand, 3 times.  If can't go to headstand, do frog version. 

Strength:
Work up to a deadlift weight that is about 70% your 1RM 
at that weight perform 3 rounds of
Max Reps Deadlift
Stop when form breaks down, before absolute failure point
Rest 3 min between rounds 

Conditioning:
3 minute row for max distance
10 minute Rest
50 CTB pullups for time.  Use band if need to get chest to bar.  Scale down number of reps if necessary.
