    I’d like to point out that other affiliates that did the 100 day challenge used it to improve burpees – an endurance exercise, not strength.
    Also, way to lend a helping hand Kulsoom. (especially during the holiday season)

    Hey Guys! An update on Friday night’s pub crawl: everyone should plan on meeting “the Santas” at Fado between 9 and 9:30 pm. (The earlier hours are for rugby club members only.) Men are encouraged to wear santa suits and women are encouraged to wear scandalous holiday attire. Sadly, I will not be able to attend; but, please have fun and go help the rugby guys spread some holiday cheer! I look forward to hearing all the stories.
