35 pound Dumbbell thruster, 21 reps

Closed Sat & Sun.  Monday schedule is 10 AM, 11 AM , 12 PM, and then regular afternoon schedule.

Sue Pepe: Taking Control of My Health.  “I wanna reverse the aging process. I wanna go the other direction,” says Sue Pepe, a 61-year-old CrossFitter who is making significant health improvements through CrossFit.  “I’m more fit than I was 30 years ago,” she says. “I feel great.”

    I love how you can see mathematical formulas for power output on the whiteboard behind Andy. The subtitle for this pic should be, “not just a horrible WOD — mathematically proven to be horrible. QED b*tches!”

    Happy holidays, everyone! Update on hoodie order, take two… the sign up sheet will be up throughout the holidays (on the whiteboard by men’s restroom). The deadline to place and pay for your order is Tusesday, January 3rd. I will place the order that evening.
    They are $40 cash, check (to Leah Polaski) or now I can take credit cards, as well, but you’ll have to see me in person to do that (CC is $41.40 due to processing fee).
