In Warm-up:
2 minutes in the Paleo Chair
Strength:
Practice single and consecutive ground to shoulder reps with the atlas stones.  Then perform one set of max reps in 90 seconds.   

Conditioning:
From Brandon Phillips 
100 double unders
50  kb swings 1.5 pd
40 toes to bar
30 wall balls
20 box jumps  30”
10 power cleans  205# 
5 muscle ups
