Workout of the Day

In Warm-up:
2 minutes in the Paleo Chair
Practice single and consecutive ground to shoulder reps with the atlas stones.  Then perform one set of max reps in 90 seconds.

30 wall balls
20 box jumps  30”
10 power cleans  205# 
5 muscle ups
