We will close 1 hour earlier tonight, at 7 PM, otherwise, normal hours today.

Tomorrow, January 1, reduced hours will be 12 noon to 2 PM with a special Resolution Workout.  Bloody Marys will be served.

    Lunch time WODers: to our out of town guests George and Harpa-nice job today! Hope to see you both next time you’re in town. Nancy, great job with your wod, we’ll get you doing GHD situps next week! Bean DIP and Jenni nice job on your cleans today, both of you made some good progress, sorry I was not able to give you quite as much attention as I would have liked. Jason, I’d encourage you to take full advantage of Jason B’s and Chandlers classes as you look to continue improving your O-lifts. Last but not least, Big Jim-you sir are really making big improvements every day, I can see it in your times, technique, and intensity. Great job today everyone. Happy new year! see you in 2010

    Thanks for the workout. I definitely need to get some more Crossfit time in. The army physical training we do four days a week just isn’t cutting it; looking forward to stopping by again.
