I like to think that I cheat one meal a week but it ends up being more like 2. Ideally, I cheat with some of Betsy’s alomond meal griddle cakes or other gluten free deliciousness. Lately though, my cheat meals have looked eerily familiar to that picture…

ummm, that looks suspiciously like some marietta diner deliciousness!!! if so, i’m mad at whoever did not bring me some…
so, i can’t even remember the last time i had gluten, but i would definitely accept the consequences for some marietta diner (or j alexanders) carrot cake. i mean, if someone were to bring me some for my b-day or xmas or hanukkah or kwanza, it would be rude to turn it down, right?!?
    man, now i’m hungry.

I have come to an understanding with my cheating. When I cheat, I know I am gonna feel guilty, so I just wont cheat with a whopper, but with a triple whopper, and then drive to McDonald’s to get extra large fries, top it of with a apple pie. You see the thing about cheating is no matter how hard you cheat on a meal, your guilt level stays the same. I mean don’t waste guilt on something as small as a cookie, go for a pizza.
