    Did yesterday’s WOD, 34:30 with the smallest band for the ring dips. Don’t think I’ve ever done that many 95lb sq cleans…

    I don’t know why she didn’t post it on here but Amber is performing at Emory this weekend. I’m going to go Friday night…who wants to join me??
    Here is the info she sent me: “it starts at eight, its a really good show, im a guest performer, so i’m not in it as much as i would normally be, but the part i have is really cool! its 20 dollars a ticket, call the box office 404 727 5050 to reserve a ticket if you guys come”.

    Amber: when you say “reserve tix” is it assigned seating so we should all reserve together or is it reserve just to get a ticket and first come first serve seating?
