6 x 50 yards heavy prowler pushes

Conditioning:
3 rounds for time:

400 m run
21 GHD Situps
12 Hang Squat Clean (115/75#)

Mental Imagery Plus Movement Enhances Performance, from Science Daily.  This technique is very helpful in the O-lifts.  Before the lift, imagine yourself hitting the correct position at the top (no arm bend) and actually mime the position.
