Workout of the Day
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight
Set up three bars and storm through for time.

We will be closed this weekend for the CrossFit Games Sectionals!
But you’ve been invited to visit our friends at CrossFit On The Move for their morning session.
Because of the large number of trainers and and members who will be participating as competitors or volunteers in the CrossFit Games Sectionals this weekend at Stone Mountain we
won”t have anyone to staff the gym, and probably no one to come
workout. We have two teams entered in the Affiliate team competition,
too many to count entered in the individual competition, and many
others volunteering in one way or another.
15 men and 15 women will
qualify to move on to the Southeast Regionals, from which 4 men and 4
women will qualify for the 2010 CrossFit Games
to compete for the title of “Fittest Man & Woman on Earth.” Come
out to Stone Mountain and enjoy the fun. Competition starts at 9 AM.
