Workout of the Day

In Warm-up:
Handstand Practice.  If close to a free standing handstand, get a partner to spot you as pictured here.  If not do wall walks or wall facing handstands.  Squeeze your belly, look at your toes.

Strength:
EMOM for 10 minutes 3 reps of Bench Press

Conditioning:
5 rounds
800m Run
20  KB swings (2/1.5 pd)
10 Burpees
